Our Hours: Pickup hours are before 12PM (CST) on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY. Consultation time can take anywhere from 3-10 days depending on our volume.

Email hours: Monday-Thursday only. Requests received on Thursday-Sunday will be responded the following Monday.

How to order: All standard cake orders must be placed at least 4 days before pickup as long as there is availability. We highly suggest you to book at least a week in advance for custom orders as our availability is limited and booked up quite fast. Your order will be secured once payment is received.

Cancellation policy: We offer a full refund for any order cancellations at least a week before pick-up date. Orders canceled less than a week from pick-up date will incur a cancellation fee. Please read the terms and conditions for additional information.
